As part of our comprehensive service, we use HICAPS electronic claims to conveniently claim your rebate amount with participating health funds.

However, we are not responsible for the amount your health fund rebates. This will depend on your level of cover, the quantity of previous use and existing waiting periods. Queries with rebates must be directed towards your particular health fund.

Fees vary between practices for many reasons, but we believe that we can provide the best quality of care at our fee level. It is not the lowest nor the highest fee in the area, but an average fee for the Perth Metropolitan area. We also give discounts to seniors and children, so please enquire when you book your appointment.

We are very happy to accept referrals from existing patients as this is a huge compliment to everyone here at the practice.

48 hours’ notice is required for routine appointments and to avoid a charge being made. This allows for us to offer other patients the appointment time you had previously booked. Missed hygiene appointments will be charged at the full fee. Missed dental appointments will be charged at a percentage of the treatment that was to be undertaken.
