48 hours’ notice is required for routine appointments and to avoid a charge being made. This allows for us to offer other patients the appointment time you had previously booked. Missed hygiene appointments will be charged at the full fee. Missed dental appointments will be charged at a percentage of the treatment that was to be undertaken.
